The FIT IV: Dual-Output Powerhouse

Overview and Market History

The FIT IV was engineered directly in response to customer demand for simultaneous therapies. Designed for advanced users and clinical settings, it provides the unique ability to run handheld electrodes and a PEMF coil at the same time, or to operate two sets of handheld electrodes concurrently. First introduced in 2021 as Version 1, the FIT IV line has evolved alongside our distribution updates. In July 2026, we are officially launching the highly anticipated FIT IV Version 2, which introduces modern USB-C connectivity and an integrated internal PEMF coil.

Core Design and Engineering

To ensure consistency across our premium line, the FIT IV is housed in the exact same robust enclosure as the FIT III, maintaining a familiar aesthetic and a reliable footprint optimized for stable, longer sessions. It shares the same high-capacity 18650 single-cell lithium-ion battery system for efficient power management, alongside a streamlined singular PCB architecture.

However, the FIT IV introduces an upgraded user interface and expanded hardware features. Beyond the standard treatment controls, it gives users the freedom to manually turn the machine off directly from the interface and provides the flexibility to create and add custom programs right on the device.

Versatile Delivery Modes

The defining feature of the FIT IV is its multi-channel power routing, which masters the simultaneous delivery of both voltage pulses (for electrodes) and high-current pulses (for PEMF). When starting a session, users can choose from three distinct operational modes:

• Option 1: Dedicated PEMF – Powers a PEMF coil exclusively. On Version 1, this utilizes an external coil; on the upcoming Version 2, users can leverage the convenience of the built-in internal coil.

• Option 2: Simultaneous PEMF & Electrodes – Delivers a dual-layered session, running one PEMF coil alongside one set of handheld electrodes at the same time.

• Option 3: Dual Electrodes – Drives two separate sets of handheld electrodes simultaneously, making it ideal for multi-zone targeting or two-person use.

Distribution and Version History

• FIT IV (Version 1): Successfully distributed by Wave Technologies from 2021 until April 2024.

• FIT IV (Version 2): Launching in July 2026, this model brings direct-to-consumer innovation by integrating a built-in internal PEMF coil and a universal USB-C charging port.
